Pumpkin is my absolute favorite part of fall. While I’ve never been the biggest fan of Thanksgiving or its traditional foods, I adore the season—the cozy vibes, the crisp air, and, of course, everything pumpkin. For me, pumpkin desserts feel like the last holdover from Halloween before fully diving into Christmas mode. This Pumpkin Maple Tiramisu is the perfect way to savor that autumn magic just a little longer.

This dessert is a delightful alternative to pumpkin pie: it’s creamy, sweet, easy to make, yet elevated enough to wow your guests. Whether you’re hosting a holiday gathering or just want to impress with minimal effort — this tiramisu is an innovative seasonal treat that combines the comforting flavors of pumpkin, espresso, and maple.

Pumpkin Tiramisu feels like the perfect marriage of two parts of my life: my Italian heritage and the comforting traditions of American Thanksgiving. Classic tiramisu is such a staple in Italian cuisine, known for its creamy layers and rich espresso flavor. Adding pumpkin and maple syrup

brings a cozy, seasonal flair to this beloved dessert. It’s my way of combining the nostalgia of family gatherings around Italian dishes with the warm, familiar flavors of Thanksgiving—pumpkin spice, maple sweetness, and all. This fusion feels like the best of both worlds, celebrating my roots while embracing the season’s charm.
